In case of assignment for the search of a house in the Italian territory:
• selection of properties in the location of interest even if not belonging to the Insulae Re house portfolio
• Visit the selected properties even in the absence of the buyer who will be able to view them remotely via video.
• Verification of documentation of the chosen property
• Negotiation and assistance up to the deed with the drafting of all contracts in dual languages in the case of a foreign client.
