You obtained the title of lawyer in 2004, specializing in real estate legal consultancy by attending the master's degree in Real Estate Management (REM) at the Polytechnic of Milan and worked in an important international company in the real estate sector. She has been a real estate broker since 2003 and has practiced for many years in Sardinia with "La GENOVESE IMMOBILIARE", now a brand of Insulae Re, still active in Sardinia in the local real estate market www.genoveseimmobiliare.it and in tourist management with www.solemaresardegna.com
The architect MARIANO GENOVESE, partner of Insulae Re Srl, is technical director of Insulae SRL, an engineering and architecture company that offers technical consultancy and design services. For years he has been carrying out research in the field of architecture in the eco-energy transition for new ways of living, cultivating and producing energy in rural Sicilian territories with the University of Palermo.
BERNADINE VAN WASSENAER, foreign sales manager, Dutch by birth, has lived and studied in the Netherlands, Italy and France. She speaks 5 languages (Italian, English, French, Dutch and German) and takes care of all relationships with our foreign customers. She spent twenty years exploring the mountains and valleys of Italy in the tourism real estate sector working for a major brand. Thanks to her experience and her passion for beautiful homes, Bernadine is able to accompany foreign clients who wish to settle in Italy in purchasing the ideal home at the right price.
